Okuta Ceaser Malish Jeremiah (born December 2, 1988, in Torit, South Sudan), famously known by his stage name Silver X, is a South Sudanese singer. Silver X is the most valued and triumphant artist in South Sudan; he won many East African awards in Nairobi, Kenya as well as South Sudanese awards in Juba.

Silver lived in Uganda as a refugee in Adjumani district of West Nile; Silver completed both primary and secondary level in 2006 in Uganda. And after his return to Uganda’s capital Kampala after collection of money for his educational things; there he scored a diploma by studying Information Technology at Aptech International Institute in 2009.
